Murroe Boher Win County Minor Division Final

On Sunday November 9 Murroe Boher Minors took on South Liberties in the Gaelic grounds. Murroe won on a score line of 2-14 to 1-13 .

Andrew-Cup   Liberties were unlucky to have Limerick Minor star Barry Nash sent off but Murroe also got reduced to 14 men when midfielder Dylan Sheehan was sent off. Both offences were caused by hits on the face.

Murroe were ahead for  the majority of the game and held out at the end when Liberties were battering the Murroe goal.

At the end of the day it was a great day our first trophy with this team. Not many Minor titles have been won in Murroe. It was an honour for me to be in the Squad at the age of 15 considering I have 3 years left of Minor hurling. Hopefully, we will  keep this going in the next few  years but for now I’m happy to have a County Division 1 medal in my back pocket.
